Ordering Information and Company Policy

How To Place Your Order:

You can easily place your order by phone, fax, email or regular mail.  Our staff is well trained to assist you.  Our normal business hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.  You can contact us by email for catalog requests and general information.  The minimum processing time of your order is 4 to 5 days unless otherwise specified.  Custom and special orders can take as long as 5 weeks.

Shipping Information:

For orders in the USA and Canada, we have a 15% handling fee along with the freight fee.  We normally use FedEX Ground Service; however, we will be happy to ship your order by Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3-Day Select at current Fed Ex rates.  We currently only ship to US and Canada.  Sorry, but we do not ship COD.

*** Minimum shipping and handling charge is $15.00(domestic), large pieces subject to additional freight charges where applicable.  Top quality common carriers used for motor freight items as necessary.

Payment Methods:

A CREDIT CARD IS REQUIRED OF HALF DOWN.  Payments can be made by cashiers check, money order, or credit card (we accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover).  It is possible to wire funds to our bank account.  Personal checks can be accepted.  There is no sales tax on any order shipped outside of Wisconsin.  Wisconsin Residents add 5.5%.  Please give us a call for more information.

About Our Prices:

We offer the largest selection of on-road and off-road customized products.  Our website can give you a great idea of what we have to offer and most popular products we sell off the market.  However, prices are subject to change without notice, so please call us to get a sure price.  Please note due to companies price shopping we do not list our prices.

Damage:

It is your responsibility to notify the shipping company of any product damage.  You will need to notify the carrier and initiate a claim.  Please inspect all items BEFORE the shipper leaves your location.  We take special care and time to make sure our product is packaged securely.

Satisfaction:

We want you to be 100% satisfied with each and every purchase.  If you have a problem, please do not hesitate to let us know.

Return/Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be made within 48 hours or the order is subject to a 20% administrative fee.  All returns must have an authorization from our customer service department or they will be refused.  Products may be returned within this period for exchange or in-store credit.  Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.  All custom and special orders are final and nonrefundable.  The definition of custom and special order is any item not in stock at the time of order placement.

Please note that J & L 4 Wheel Drive Center LLC cannot be held responsible for any problems with orders caused by delays at the supplier level ie: discontinued item, production delays, etc.  Please be assured that we will do everything possible to expedite your order and provide you with the best service possible.
